About customization

We can costomize according to your requirements of designs and costs. For small rolls (64cm or 75cm wide, 120 meter long), MOQ is 50 rolls. For Jumbo rolls (1.4m,1.5more than 1000 meter long ), MOQ is 1 roll.

To customize the design or color we don't have , we need to make hot stamping die, make sample, ask customers to check the sample, which often need to modify more than once. It takes time to make the foils perfect.

FAQ

1.Why the two side of the foil are slightly different?

In fact, the two sides of each color are slightly different because the pet film and the glue used are only transparent in theory. So every double sided foil are of different sides. For all manufacturers, what they can do is to use the same material on both sides and strictly contral the producing process.

2.Why some of your multi color hot stamping are much expensive than other manufacturers?

It‘s hard to answer. But the main reason is some of our foils are very complicated in design .The producing procedure is even 5 times than the common design, Which means a lot of waste of sourses and time.

3.Why 16μm hot stamping foil are much expensive than that of 12μm?

16μm hot stamping foil can bear more pigment. Top grade pigment is expensive but we need it to produce beautiful color.

4.Why some colors are more expensive than others?

Some color is not easy to produce, and certain pigment are much expensive than others. That's the reason, of course, price is related to the whole market.
