Q : Why the two sides of the foil look slightly different?
A : In fact, the two sides of each color are slightly different because the pet film and the glue used are only transparent in theory. So all double sided foil are of different sides. For all manufacturers, what they can do is to use the same material on both sides and strictly control the producing process.
Q : Why some of your multi color hot stamping foils are much expensive than other manufacturers?
A : It‘s hard to answer. The main reason is some of our foils are very complicated in design and producing. The producing waste is even 5 times than that of the common design. Which means a lot of waste of source and time.
Q : Why thicker hot stamping foils are much expensive than thinner foils?
A : Thicker hot stamping foil can bear more pigment. Thicker PET is more expensive too.
Q : Why some colors are more expensive than others?
A : Some colors are not very easy to produce, and some pigments are much expensive than others. Of course, price is definitely related to the market.
